In an admin perspective the venue and staff did a great job in creating as spacious as possible a learning environment. The staff were incredibly helpful moving people around the venue to the different floors. Quick and always on hand. Food was to a very good standard; everyone was fed and looked after. I did not get any comments about a standing meal and we got through everyone swiftly and everyone was catered for.

Radim has worked with us for the last 3 years and knows how our programme works. The delivery team feel very confident that all of our asks will be done and done well; he is always willing to go the extra mile. It has been great to watch his progress over the years – he is an asset to the hotel. Juliette was very attentive and sympathetic to our needs which can sometimes be out of the norm!

Irene & Radim were both extremely helpful, friendly, always checking that things were ok. Very flexible, arranging/changing requests at last minute for us.

Juliette was excellent from the very first initial enquiry. She was very prompt with all communications and ensured all our requirements were catered for. Very professional and a great asset to your team.

Our meeting at Park Plaza went extremely well. Sandra was fantastic, the room was great, and the luncheon was delicious. You’re still my favorite hotel for London meetings and I hope to schedule another event at Park Plaza in the future.

Juliette was extremely helpful from the very first phone call, and all my requests were fully met. Timings were perfect for breaks, lunch etc. Also just the general helpfulness and friendliness of all staff –  doorman, concierge, cleaners were all so polite and friendly. Everyone in the meeting commented on how nice the hotel was. Just wished we could have stayed longer!
